Reductant DJ-528A

      The Reductant DJ-528A is used to replace sodium sulfide in the sulfur dyeing process. It is a new type of environmentally friendly product featuring good color and high reduction.
 
Basic features
1. White powder.
2. PH: 6-7 (1% solution).
3. Sodium sulfide replaced by sulfide reducing agent.
4. Colorless and odorless.

Recommended dosage
Concentration of caustic soda: 3g/L-15g/L.
Ratio of sodium sulfide and reductant: 1:0.4-0.6.
Order: caustic soda → sulfur dye → reductant
Temperature: 90℃ or above
Recommended ratio: Sulphur black:100; reductant:50; caustic soda:10
