Desizing Enzyme DJ-121


 


     The Desizing Enzyme DJ-121 is a new enzyme agent with high thermal stability and effective compounds. It is used for desizing of fabric starch, starch derivatives and PVA. The product has a powerful starch decomposition ability and part of PVA decomposition. It can quickly converts starch into dextrin, which can be easily removed in the leaching process.

Very effective under the high and low temperature.
Suitable for all kinds of process, including absorption, cold pad-batch method and roll steaming process.
Applicable to the desizing of denim fabric.
Applicable to all operating conditions between 35-95℃. The PH value of the slurry should be 6.5 to 7.5. No need to add salt when in use.

Chemical composition: amylase.
Appearance: brown liquid.
Density: (23°C) 1.1g/cm.
PH: 6.5 7.5 (23°C). 
Applications
Suitable for removing the starch slurry in fabric pretreatment, it can be diluted in cold water at any proportion. The product can be used together with wetting agent, detergent and scouring agent to ensure the complete fabric desizing, to strengthen the infiltration and swelling of slurry and to prompt the cracking of long molecular chains. At the same time, it helps removing wax, dust, PVA and synthetic flurry. The product is very sensitive to heavy metal ions, oxide, high concentrated acid and alkali sensitive. As the anionic wetting agent and scouring agent can affect the enzyme, non-ionic lubricant is recommend to use. 
Recommended dosage
1. Pad steaming and rolling method
    Desizing enzyme DJ-121: 2-8 ml/L.
    Immersed in 30-80 ℃.
2. Cold pad-batch method
    Desizing enzyme DJ-121: 4-10 ml/L.
    Stacking time: 12 to 24h.
3. Jig dyeing method
    Desizing enzyme DJ-121: 2-5ml/L.
    Temperature: 90-95℃.
    Running: 2-4 round.
4. Injection and overflow method
Desizing enzyme DJ-121: 2-4ml/L.
Bath ratio: 1:6-1:12.
Temperature: 80-85℃.
5. Desizing of denim fabric
  Desizing enzyme DJ-121: 1-5ml/L.
  Bath ratio: 1:6-1:12.
  Temperature: 40-60℃.
 Time: 20 to 30 minutes.

25kg/plastic barrel. 
Storage
Cool and ventilated warehouse, with a storage period of three months.
