Penetrant SRB

        The Penetrant SRB, a bubble-free and rapid penetrating agent, consists of multiple surfactant compounds possessing excellent alkali resistance penetration and emulsifying, dispersing and washing capability. It can be used as penetrating agent and auxiliary in denim’s beam and rope dyeing under a high alkaline concentration. This product does not contain APEO and alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, thus, complying with environmental requirements.

 Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid.
 Ion: anion.
 PH: 6.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution).
 Solubility: soluble in water. 
Applications
 Required permeation step under alkaline conditions.
 Better result can be obtained when bath with the chelating dispersant in pretreatment.
 Treatment and dyeing process before denim’s beam and rope dyeing.
 Recommended dosage:
Bubble-free and fast penetrating agent SRB: 5-12g/L.
Note: Dosage can be adjusted according to the requirement of different process.

Storage:
Cool and ventilated warehouse, with a storage period of six months.
