Penetrant SRD
The Penetrant SRD, a alkali resistant and high-concentrated penetrating agent, is a special surfactant compound with excellent alkali resistance, permeability, emulsifying, dispersing and washing capability.It can be used as a penetrating agent under a high-concentrated alkaline and as a auxiliary in cotton fabric long car pretreatment. This product does not contain APEO and alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, thus, complying with environmental requirements.

☆ Excellent anti-alkali permeability at room temperature and above 80℃.
☆ Outstanding emulsifying and washing power.
☆ Strong bubble restraining ability,so no need to add defoaming agent.
☆ Strong dispersing ability to prevent sticky roller phenomenon generated in pad dyeing.
Basic property
Appearance: light yellow transparent viscous liquid.
Ion: anion.
PH: 6.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution).
Solubility: direct water dilute, no gelation.
Applications
Required permeation step under alkaline conditions.
Better result can be obtained if bath with chelating dispersant in pretreatment.
Continuous roll steaming, bleaching and cold pad processing for cellulose fiber and blended fabric.
Recommended dosage
Pad dyeing penetration: SRD 3-6g/L.
Cotton fabric pretreatment: SRD 4-8g/L.
Note: Dosage can be adjusted according to the requirement of different process.

Cool and ventilated warehouse, with a storage period of six months.
